This Week

Procastination can get the best of all of us at some point. There is a way to beat it. The Right Now List is a technique to help you fight back against procastination and get started on that project or task. By breaking the task down into smaller steps, it can make it easier for you to start. Check out the full article for more information on this technique.

The ".new" top-level domain is a recent addition to the internet that allows users to quickly access productivity-enhancing shortcuts.

One such shortcut is Whats.New, a website that provides a directory of ".new" shortcuts, allowing users to quickly create new documents, spreadsheets, and other types of files in their preferred applications. By utilizing these shortcuts, users can save time and increase their efficiency when performing common tasks on their computer or mobile device.

Rick Rubin, one of the most legendary music producers of all time, joins Dr Chatterjee on this episode of "Feel Better, Live More". They talk about applying the artistic philosophy to life, embracing imperfection and many more interesting topics. This podcast covers a wide variety of topics but is a captivating listen from start to end.

This YouTube video from the Sorted Food channel is an interesting example of how AI can make cooking easier. ChatGPT is given four random ingredients and is tasked with providing a recipe that will be made by the Sorted Food Home Chefs. The results are surprising.

A powerful video I came across from Dr Chatterjee's weekly newsletter. It's a short but powerful video demonstrating how small talk can make a huge difference to someone struggling with their mental health.
